The Keyence KV-7500 is the top-tier CPU controller within the KV-7000 Realtime Logic Controller series. Designed for high-performance motion control, high-speed data processing and networked automation systems.
This CPU integrates native EtherNet/IP communication port alongside dual Ethernet interfaces, supporting multi-protocol industrial networking. It delivers ultra-short basic instruction execution time and supports multiple programming languages including expanded ladder diagram and KV Script. The system supports flexible combination with KV-7000, KV-5000 and KV-3000 series expansion modules to build scalable I/O, positioning, analog and high-speed counter systems. Equipped with a front LCD operation panel for real-time status monitoring, fault diagnosis and parameter adjustment without extra software. Built-in anti-noise circuit design guarantees stable operation in harsh factory environments.
